Impatience

I have never felt such impatience in my entire life. We've been anticipating "the call" that will change our lives for some time now, so it's hard going through each day without that phone call. I've spent an enormous amount of time reading forums and blogs and obsessing over when it will happen.

What I realized today is that what I should be doing instead is preparing myself to be the best mom that I can be. It's time to stop reading the blogs every day. It's time to stop reading the forums every day. It's time to stop listening to negative comments. Instead, it's time to start preparing my mind and heart for our child. . .
