Happy Mother's Day!
I haven't posted anything for awhile...because we are still waiting. This time we are waiting for a fingerprinting appointment from USCIS. Of course there will be bumps in the road - USCIS sent us a letter stating that they did not receive our payment, so I had to send a new check, even though my previous payment was paper clipped to the top of our application, which they did receive! Needless to say, we are waiting for this, as well as certification of our Cover Letter by the State of Michigan. Everything else for our Dossier is complete, so I'm hopeful that both of these things will come back around the same time, so that we can send it all to Washington DC and get ourselves on the waiting list!
In the meantime, I'm busy at work and that helps keep my mind off of all of the waiting. I know everything will fall into place when it is supposed to happen for us.
