I'm new to the blogging thing, but thought it would be nice to keep everyone updated on our journey to parenthood!
For those of you who may not know, Mike and I are planning to adopt a child from Ethiopia in 2010. We are still really new to the process - we are hoping to complete our Home Study in January, which requires a case worker to come to our home to gather information about us. After that, we will finish gathering documents for our Dossier, and then starts the waiting game for a referral. We are using Families Thru International Adoption (in Evansville) for our agency - they come highly recommended by friends who have adopted three children using their services.
